Sun Life offers various Rotational Leadership Development Programs (RLDP) which offer the opportunity to rotate through different roles within Sun Life. When you're hired into a program, you'll start in one of our major locations. If you’re looking for a program that provides a thorough understanding of the financial services and group insurance business and helps assess and define your career goals, consider Sun Life’s Rotational Leadership Development Program.

Through three rotations, these progressive roles provide you with critical thinking skills, business knowledge of the insurance and financial services industries, and a broad knowledge of Sun Life's products, customers and business strategy. The rotations also provide an introduction to Sun Life's Global Leadership Competencies, including self-management, influencing, problem-solving, adaptability and change management.

These programs attract, retain and develop the best talent in the industry. Through these programs, we hire a select group of graduates we hope will become the future leaders of our business.
