What is the Client Experience Gig Program?
Launched in 2020, the Client Experience Gig Program provides the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of Sun Life’s products, services, insurance basics and risk dynamics, all while being a Client advocate! You will be able to apply these skills while rotating through 3 unique areas of the business (we’re calling gigs), such as our Member Services Contact Center, Prospect Center Internal Support and Client Implementation teams. After you complete your three gigs, you’ll launch into a full time role in our Client Services organization.
Throughout the three gigs, you’ll be paired with a mentor to help guide you in your career, you’ll be part of a rigorous training plan to equip you with skills on continuous improvement including how to deliver magnetic interactions with our Clients, and you’ll have real opportunities to make a difference for our Clients.
Candidate Requirements
To participate in the Client Experience Gig Program, you must be a graduating senior of an undergraduate program at a College or University in New England. All majors welcome!
