Internships
We offer a variety of paid summer internships for qualified students who are currently enrolled in a degree program. Summer internship opportunities are available in Sun Life offices across the U.S. The summer internship is a 10-week program, but it's not all work. We also offer students the opportunity to participate in social activities, as well as in learning and professional development events.

Co-op programs
Experience Sun Life through a co-op term offered throughout the year in a variety of areas. Take charge of your career – before you graduate.
As a Sun Life co-op student, you will be able to have an immersive work experience for 6 months while gaining exposure to all Sun Life has to offer.
Successful students will have the opportunity to return for further co-op placements with the potential to build a long-term career at Sun Life.
How do I apply?
Co-op opportunities are open to all students who can work a regular 40-hour work week while remaining enrolled in school for a 24-week period. Co-op opportunities will be posted to our college opportunities page as they become available.
