We focus on embracing digital innovation while offering seamless experiences across virtual and in-person touchpoints to make it easier for Clients to do business with Sun Life. By continuously evolving products based on Client feedback and leveraging 160 years of expertise, our role can shift from service provider to lifelong partner.

By leveraging advancements in technology, we can attract new Clients seeking seamless, customized digital experiences. We can transform relationships with existing Clients by developing personalized solutions that evolve throughout their lifetime.

At Sun Life, we connect Client metrics to innovation initiatives. An example of listening to Clients’ ideas and concerns unlocked an opportunity to make claims easier for Clients with long-term disabilities.   • Navigating complex concerns around data privacy and information authenticity in parallel with GenAI adoption.
  • Named first strategic Workday Wellness partner, using the AI-powered platform to streamline benefits management, enrollment and leave administration for employers.
  • Implemented a global consent management platform on key websites that empowers Clients with transparent control over their data through clear, easy-to-understand choices.
  • Piloted a GenAI-powered survey sentiment bot for retail Clients in Canada.
  • Proactively adapted to Clients shifting from traditional search engines to AI-powered tools.
