Mark: What gets me up every morning is to help build a market-leading support platform with my team to ensure advisors have the best in-class digital tools, differentiated training programs, efficient and effective recruitment onboarding platform. All so that advisors have everything they need to provide our Clients the best possible solution to their needs and first tier service experience. Knowing Sun Life is able to provide the best tailored products and services to help them achieve their goals is something that I am really proud of. From an actuary in Canada to the CFO of wealth and pension business in Hong Kong and now leading the fastest growing agency force in Hong Kong. Traveling across the globe, working with over thousands of different Sunlifers with different backgrounds, but the very same goal, is really something magnificent and powerful.
