Sun Life's Employment Law Team hosted a webinar on October 15, 2025 with updates on leave and accommodation law compliance. They covered key issues related to the ADA and PWFA, including job-protected leave, work-from-home arrangements, and service animals as accommodations, as well as special guidance on accommodating mental health conditions.
