Upskilling and reskilling of workforces is imperative to deliver on our strategy (Digital Enterprise). Hence, for ASC, investment in developing a learning culture, underpinned by a learning infrastructure that encourages and incentivized learning will be the key differentiator. While we continue our focus on building capabilities aligned to our strategy, future ready skills and leadership depth, we want to start our journey towards building significant capabilities in Digital, Data & analytics.
Our three-pronged approach towards creating growth and learning opportunities or our people is:
- Definite focus on building SME capabilities in core technology & Domain areas where we choose to operate, including Cloud capabilities and Agile.
- We are investing in a wider socialization of Digital Concepts, design thinking and Agile way of working to increase overall digital acumen of the organization
- Behavioral and Skills development for employees who will transition to Agile teams from traditional ways of working.
