Rajeev Bhardwaj

Rajeev Bhardwaj is the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Sun Life Global Solutions (SLGS India & Philippines) and DBTS Asia, Sun Life. He is responsible for steering the talent strategy, learning and development, employee services, engagement, DEI&B, and cultural transformation across the SLGS. He is also leading the Real Estate and Workplace Services charter for the organisation, in addition to spearheading the MarComm function.  

Rajeev is a People’s Leader with over two decades of cross-industry experience in Human Resources and is deeply involved in curating and nurturing collaborative partnerships across multiple businesses and stakeholders.

A big proponent of technology, he is driving the HR digital transformation at SLGS with a view to deliver unique digital employee experiences.

Functionally, over the years, Rajeev has led and managed diverse aspects of Human Resources, spanning across Leadership Talent Acquisition, HR Policy Guidance, HR Mergers and Acquisitions, Compensation & Benefits, Succession Planning, Talent development and other management related portfolios.

Prior to Sun Life, he has worked with leading industry brands including LexisNexis, Fidelity Investments, Baxter, Intel, and Coca Cola.
