Diversity and inclusion

Gender Diversity is one of the primary focus in our Diversity and Inclusion agenda. We aim for 40% women leadership across all functions and locations. We have Focused Leadership Development Programs for women to support capability building.

Building an inclusive environment benefits the organization as you have a whole gamut of rich experiences and ideas in various degrees which can be freely expressed and openly accepted regardless of their beliefs, ethnicity or gender. We have role modeling, trainings for sensitization and awareness to ensure employees of all background would feel confident in bringing their selves to work empowered and ready to contribute to our goals. 

Our programmes

Utopia: the employee engagement program

The employee journey is critical for each person. Thus, through this program, we envision to re-imagine and create the total employee experience. We offer initiatives for overall well-being, career development and rewards & recognition. We even have our own virtual employee “Amber” who monitors and joins each employee in every employee milestone that they celebrate.  

CSR Club: We believe in going well by doing good

We believe in going well by doing good. We are aware of our corporate social responsibilities, and support to cultivate the spirits of social responsibility amongst the employees. Our vision of growth is inclusive of being able to help the underprivileged.

Josh club

In India, we highlight employee engagement activities and have a group of volunteers dedicated to carrying out such liveliness. The club aims to celebrate all the festivals across cultures and makes sure the maximum number of employees engage in the planned events.

Ignite

In the Philippines, we have an exclusive group for our Client Care Centre that handles employee engagements and various activations. They ensure that the CCC community is engaged, there is quarterly newsletter, tactical events and various celebrations (Valentine’s Day, Halloween, etc.)

Health, Sports and Wellness Club (HSW Club)

In India, we encourage health, sports and wellness at our organization through our HSW Club. Through our club activities, we aim to enhance mental health and support positive lifestyle change for our employees.
