Our culture

Sun Life Asia Service Centres believe in a culture of excellence. We try to create an environment of positivity where appreciation and celebrating achievements help build camaraderie amongst employees.  Our employee engagement index in the 2019 Global Employee Survey stood at 90%. Notably, this number has steadily improved over the years, indicating the effectiveness of our programs and initiatives. 

In 2017 and 2019 Asia Service Centre-India earned Great Place to Work recognition, a certificate that stamps our organizational culture and practices along with many other coveted Industry recognition including CMMI re-certification.
