The SunResources® specialty-vendors access program delivers opportunities for employers to save. Our goal is to make self-funding more affordable by connecting employers to the right resources.
How does it work?
The program is voluntary and available to all Sun Life Stop-Loss customers and their Third Party Administrators (TPAs). We connect employers and TPAs to vendors that help manage claims costs—even if the Specific deductible has not yet been reached.
In addition, Sun Life Nurse Consultants can identify unnecessary charges, suggest alternatives, and negotiate large-claim discounts.
We have relationships with a broad selection of vendors based on national reach, geography, and specialty. These relationships make it easy for TPAs to choose the vendor best suited to the needs of a particular case.
