Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

If you are not a broker or consultant, explore our content for plan members and familiesemployers, or dentists and dental offices.

The events of 2020 have increased the need for professional counseling for employees. According to Kaiser Family Foundation, during the pandemic about 4 in 10 adults in the U.S. reported symptoms of anxiety or depressive disorder, this up from 1 in 10 in 2019.1

How we can help

Through our partnership with ComPsych®, we offer a three-tiered Employee Assistance Program (EAP) called EAP By DesignSM. Each tier provides employers and employees access to services that address personal life challenges and improve workplace productivity and performance. You choose which is best for you and your employees.

EAP programs are available with Sun Life group disability and life products.

EAP services are different if the situs state is New York. In New York, EAP is only available with a group disability income policy. For NY-specific EAP details, please contact your sales representative.
