The claims submission process is simple and accessible 24/7. Employees answer questions about the claim they are submitting, whether its for time away from work, an accommodation at work, a Supplemental Health claim, or a wellness/cancer screening benefit.
The claims detail page is organized to help employees find the information they need including the return-to-work date, details of the coverage and periods applicable along with real-time claims decisions, as well as payment dates and amounts.
A faster way for employees to interact with Sun Life is to leverage self-service functionality that allows them to upload claims related documents, download their dental ID card, and report intermittent time.
Employees can access our extensive library of resources in our Learning Center. The Learning Center covers a variety of topics, including how to submit and manage claims, education and training support, and answers to frequently asked questions.
