The claims submission process is simple and accessible 24/7. Employees answer questions about the claim they are filing, whether they are submitting time away from work, accommodation at work, an Accident, Cancer, Critical Illness, or Hospital Indemnity claim, or a wellness/cancer screening benefit.
In the claim summaries, quick answers to common questions about claims are front and center, making it easier for employees to find details like claims status, when the claim was requested, the return to work date, and the most recent payment date.
A faster way for employees to interact with Sun Life is to leverage self-service functionality that allows them to upload claims related documents, download their dental ID card, and report intermittent time.
