Health Accommodations is a service offered as part of Sun Life Absence Management Solutions to help employers meet compliance obligations and manage employee health, workforce planning, and productivity.
In addition, Sun Life Health Accommodations includes:
- An in-depth and just-in-time compliance resource library
- Education training and materials for identifying a request and complying with the interactive process
Two options to choose from
We offer two levels of support: Accommodation Services, which provides administrative support for managing accommodation requests, and Accommodation Consulting, which offers more comprehensive assistance including full facilitation of the interactive process and individualized case guidance.
Accommodation Services
Administrative support to identify and manage accomodation requests

Accommodation Consulting

All key features of Accommodation Services, plus:

- Individualized case guidance to help employer decision-making
- Assistance in drafting the decision and delivering to employee
- Assist employer in implementing and monitoring accommodations
