If you enrolled in a Supplemental Health plan –Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity Insurance – then you are eligible for a Wellness Benefit payable once each year, per covered person. This benefit helps promote important annual screenings like colonoscopies, mammograms, many types of blood tests, and even school sports exams and dental exams. There are over 30 screenings covered. When you complete one screening and submit your claim, Sun Life will send you a $50 check per Supplemental Health Plan you’re enrolled in when your claim is received. That’s up to $150 if you have all three Supplemental Health coverages.
