His key focus at Sun Life ( ASC) has been to grow the organization by bringing in quality talent, developing it’s Talent Brand, enhancing employee capability, building leaders & careers and evolving a culture of excellence, collaboration and empathy. During his stint here, the India office has won Great place to work recognition thrice, got featured in Working Mothers and Avataar Best Companies to work for Women in India. The Philippines office recently won its Great Place to work certification, which he is significantly proud of.  He has also been driven towards developing campaign-based approach in order to bring opportunities for learning, growth and organizational support for our people.

He aims to help and support Sun Lifers during this long standing crisis through Wellness initiatives and also through Digital experiences. He is a big believer of the role technology, is playing and will play in creating an eco-system for delivering unique employee experience/s now and in the future.

Functionally, over the years, he has led and managed diverse aspects of Human Resources and Communications, which includes Leadership Talent Acquisition, HR Policy Guidance, Mergers and Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Learning and Organizational Development, Recruitment marketing and Internal Communications and more.

He is an Alumnus of Delhi University and Masters in Business Administration from International Management Institute, New Delhi, India.
