Technology

DevSecOps Engineer

The position should be able to configure Jenkins to talk with Kubernetes to orchestrate Docker worker nodes. He/She will talk with architects and engineers to achieve the correct configuration. After POC, with the help of architects, he/she is expected to implement the architecture in a production environment, any issues arising to the whole CI/CD pipeline is his/her responsibility to fix at a reasonable amount of time.

RPA Developer

The RPA Developer has at least 2 to 3 years development experience in Robotic Process Automation. Must have had experience in working with a team of developers.  He/She will be communicating with other teams from both the IT side and business, he/she is required to have good communication skills as well.

Salesforce Developer

The position is to work with business partners to realize the full capability of the CRM. He/she will be responsible for design and development of customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations. The Salesforce Developer will be in charge of design, development, testing, and change management. Drive highly visible Salesforce initiatives across the organization including building applications on the Force.com platform and supporting integrations with Salesforce.

SAP BOBI Analyst

Develop and/or enhance reports/dashboards using the SAP Business Objects (Crystal Reports and Web Intelligence) and Tableau BI platforms across various projects, initiatives, enhancements

Test Analyst 2

The position will participate in developing and executing tests for various types of testing including functional, integration, intersystem, platform etc. using defined best practices.

Java Developer

Conduct analysis on Business Requirements and prepares program specifications at the systems level for simple to minor systems or modules.
Develop or maintain, test and implement modules according to system specifications.  Identify all possible scenarios and prepares tests for the systems under development.

RPA Developer

Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst will use his/her knowledge of business objectives, processes, products, technology, and quality concepts.

Digital Analytics Specialist

The Digital Analytics Specialist is responsible for helping our internal business functions understand and improve how clients experience our web sites and mobile apps, in addition to providing consulting and enablement services in the field of digital analytics with a focus on data collection design and tool administration. This is a hands-on role with significant scope that will require working closely with IT and business partners to enable and sustain rich data collection, and an opportunity to show off your consulting and analytics implementation expertise.

Scrum Master

The position will coordinate and coach our software development team. S/he will be our go-to person for applying scrum to produce high-quality work. The Scrum Master duties include managing timelines, resolving problems, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies.

Client Care Representative

The position is accountable for providing outstanding customer service and support by resolving telephone inquiries in our in-bound Customer Care Centre. In doing so, you will enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty through the delivery of accurate and timely information.

Financial Analyst

The position provides consistent quality customer service to financial advisors and clients, regarding investment products (Mutual Funds, Segregated Funds).

Operations Manager

The position provides leadership, direction and decision making in a high volume, fast paced, front line client service environment.  He/she will ensure the delivery of consistent quality customer service experience for our IND/ATS/Dealer Ops members, and providers who contact the Customer Care Centre.

Individual Client Care Representative

The position reviews and interprets moderately complex plan and policy documents in order to respond to client requests and or makes entries into systems.

Team Leader

The position provides a consistent quality customer service by ensuring the Client Care Representatives are motivated, coached, developed and skilled to meet ASCP Operations performance targets.

The Team Leader pro-actively enforces the operations goals, policies and procedures, implements standards in the company’s training and development, support agents, handles escalations, and monitors the queue.

Learning Consultant

The position is completely responsible for the implementation of the process training cycle in the LOB that he/she is supporting.

The Learning Consultant will be responsible for managing and delivering the product and related application system trainings for the Client Care Representatives and will set the path to success by overseeing new hire, progression and enhancement training.

MIS/Workforce Analyst

The position directly assists the Client Care Centre by providing the necessary support and maintenance of existing management information systems (MIS)

Tele-Interviewer

The position coordinates and conducts medical interviews with clients applying for life insurance.  He/she will collect confidential information about the client’s medical history and lifestyle.
