Ajayan Narayanan

He brings extensive experience in driving major IT transformation initiatives by leading multidisciplinary teams and complex programs across the application and infrastructure landscape. His experience also spans building and maturing the Global COEs, IT Globalization Strategy and Operating models required for success. At Sun Life, Ajayan is responsible for deep technology and management expertise for Canada, Corporate, SLCM and Core IT groups with a laser sharp focus on delivering business outcomes and client value. He drives the strategy in partnership with senior technology leaders in DBTS. He defines and evolves the digital transformation strategy and execution. As the head of DBTS technologies, Ajayan works towards evolving the operating model, deepening the organizational capabilities, and driving innovation by leveraging internal and external ecosystems to create a competitive advantage for the organization.

He has previously worked with Deutsche Bank group India, EMC, Microsoft, Barclays, and Mashreqbank.
