We are committed to creating a Gen-Z friendly, flexible, cheerful, and digital workspace. That has led us to our state-of-the-art office facility at both our India and Philippines locations. Workplace ergonomics, digitised tools, touchless initiatives, and amenities create a millennial-friendly facility where collaboration, brainstorming, health, and wellness strongly thrive. The facility features brightwork collaboration spaces, open huddle spaces, agile meeting rooms, an innovation lab, work cafes, digitised services such as Follow Me print, and Wi-Fi. To support employee health and wellness, there are also indoor green spaces, foot massagers,  acupressure mats, gym balls, shoulder wheels, and workout spaces.
