In his current role at Sun Life Global Solutions, he is responsible for Business Excellence, Transformation, Project Management, Business Development and Reporting. He works in partnership with business leaders, providing Process Excellence expertise, to identify and shape opportunities that drive improved client experience, efficiency, and risk reduction. Ajit also provides an appropriate challenge to the business to embed continuous improvement as a culture and support the delivery of outcomes across India and the Philippines.
He leads transformation teams, including Lean Consulting, Operations Learning and Performance, Business Reporting, and Insights - focusing on creating greater client value for life and a superior employee experience. He is also responsible for Transition management by managing the overall project lifecycle from planning to closure for Technology, Operations and Enabling functions across Sun Life Global Solutions located in India and Philippines. Ajit is a Six-Sigma black belt certified, Business Commerce graduate with 22 years of experience across Life Insurance, Pension and Benefits HRO domain.
In his spare time, he likes to travel and explore new cultures. He is also a gadget enthusiast who enjoys fitness practises.
