Bianca Ilibasic

Bianca Ilibasic is the Managing Director of Sun Life Global Solutions (SLGS), where she leads the organization’s capability centres across India and the Philippines, powering enterprise-wide strategy and transformation priorities.  She provides strategic leadership across a broad portfolio including Technology, Operations and Knowledge Functions, positioning SLGS as a high-impact unique set of capabilities for Sun Life’s business.

Prior to this, Bianca served as Chief Operations Officer, Sun Life Asia, where she drove operational excellence and digital transformation across the region. During her tenure, she advanced straight-through processing, accelerated digital adoption, and shaped a forward-looking AI roadmap to drive scalable growth and strong platform capabilities.

A seasoned execution leader with a foundation in strategy and operations, Bianca brings deep insurance industry experience having led complex transformation initiatives at Sun Life Asia, Manulife, AXA, and Prudential – leveraging technology, data, and cultural evolution to deliver measurable outcomes and scalable business growth.

Bianca has been recognized with multiple awards for her teams’ strategic contributions. She is deeply passionate about advancing Sun Life’s Purpose of helping Clients achieve lifetime financial security and live healthier lives, through accessible, digitally enabled insurance solutions.
