We were recognised as one of the 100 Best Workplaces for Women in India by the Great Places to Work Institute for the second time. This is an annual study measuring workplace excellence and gender inclusion in organisations across a spectrum of industries in India. The study draws on  our inclusive people practises and employee feedback and celebrates our inclusive culture, where everyone is heard and respected.

We were recognised among the 50 Best Workplaces in IT & IT-BPM by Great Place to Work (GPTW) India. 455 organisations in the IT & IT-BPM sectors undertook this assessment. The recognition underscores the High-Trust, High-Performance Culture fostered at Sun Life Global Solutions.

LOMA’s Excellence in Education Award

We have been awarded the LOMA’s Excellence in Education Award for 2022 (EIE), making us one of the top 8% of the more than 800 LOMA member companies worldwide qualified for a LOMA Education Award. The India team won this award nine times, and for the third time in a row.

Named among the Top 15 GBS Employers

We have been recognised among the top 15 Global Business Service (GBS) employers by the global research firm Everest Group. The findings draw on research conducted to analyse the employer brand perception of over 200 leading GBS organizations across India, Poland, and the Philippines on account of multiple dimensions - overall satisfaction, compensation and benefits, work environment, career opportunities, and diversity and inclusion. The India and the Philippines Centres received exceptional scores across all these vectors, with the Philippines securing the 6th position and India at the 11th position.

Given our commitment to ensuring the safety of our environment and employees, TÜV SÜD South Asia, a leading certification, testing, and auditing body under the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), has awarded us two of the most prestigious industry accreditations - ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. ISO 14001 recognises our commitment to ensuring environmental safety across our policies, processes, plans, and records, and ISO 45001 accredits our health and safety ecosystem at work that helps us improve operations and promotes business longevity.
