The Annual Meeting of Common Shareholders of Sun Life Financial Inc. and the Annual Meeting of the Voting Policyholders and the Sole Shareholder of Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada were held in Toronto at Sun Life Financial Tower, 150 King Street West, on Wednesday, May 19, 2010 at 10 a.m. ET.

The Annual Meetings were chaired by Ronald W. Osborne, Chairman of the Board, and included remarks by Donald A. Stewart, Chief Executive Officer. The following items of business were covered:
