Gain access to more patients with our new products
Dental Health Alliance®, L.L.C. (DHA) is excited to announce that we will be expanding to standalone dental plans offered through Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) and federally facilitated and state-based exchanges (Exchange). This means the opportunity to see more patients at your contracted fee schedule.
When Exchange or FEDVIP plan members will begin to access DHA, you will receive advance notice.
Participation is your choice, and we hope you view this new opportunity positively. Opting out of these arrangements will not impact your overall participation in DHA.
- No action is needed to participate in these arrangements.
- You can opt out of participating in Exchange or FEDVIP arrangements through DHA by visiting surveymonkey.com/r/newproduct2024. If you choose to opt out, you may not be notified of future opportunities for these new products.
- DHA tracks opt outs at the office address level. If any dentist at your office opts out, all current and future dentists at the same address will be opted out.

These addenda incorporate provisions that are required for participation in these products. Please review the relevant addendum to ensure you are familiar with all of the new requirements.
What states will be included?
Access to the DHA network for included members may be available in the following states:
- Federally facilitated exchange plans in AL, AZ, FL, IL, LA, MI, MO, MS, NC, OH, OK, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI.
- Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) plans in AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MO, MS, NC, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV.
- State-based exchange in MA.
