To receive continued payments for Ortho claims started under the prior administrator, please provide the following information
Electronic claims submitted with a date of service prior to 7/1/25 will be routed to the prior administrator. Please submit the claim with the required 7/1/25 or later service date to ensure correct routing.
After the required information is received, the claim will be set up for automated monthly payments and it is not necessary to submit a monthly claim for reimbursement.
Dental Health Alliance®, L.L.C. (DHA®) is excited to announce an upcoming arrangement with Kansas City Life Insurance Company (Kansas City Life). Effective July 1, 2025, Kansas City Life plan members with benefits administered by DentaQuest1 will have access to the DHA network on an in-network basis.2
Participation is your choice. Opting out of the Kansas City Life arrangement will not impact your overall participation in DHA.
