I just wanted to thank both of you ladies for coming out to the open enrollment meetings this week. I know it was SO early for everyone! You both did a wonderful job and I appreciate you very much! Have a great weekend!

Bette did a fantastic job running with this case in less than ideal conditions. We were notified on Tuesday last week that meetings started on Thursday. Bette made herself available quickly for a pre-event call and basically took the information and ran with it after our call. She truly does a fantastic job and just runs with whatever is sent her way and does a good job at the group!”

Per our conversation last night…I wanted to send you a personal email thanking you and the enrollers for such a smooth Open Enrollment. There were many compliments on what a great job and interaction that the employees had with Beverly, Debbie and Joni. They were relatable, service oriented and capable. We genuinely would love to have them assigned to the next Open Enrollment for End of May first of June in 2018.
