Scott Beliveau is President of FullscopeRMS, a multiline business that offers turnkey insurance products and solutions to other insurance companies and health plans, helping them bring new products to market, enhance and grow their current offerings, and offer more solutions to their clients. FullscopeRMS offers solutions in disability, life, voluntary, supplemental health, absence management and medical stop-loss. Scott has managed FullscopeRMS since its inception in 2019. 

As Senior Vice President of Individual Insurance, Scott also oversees Sun Life’s in-force block of individual life policies. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, Group and Voluntary Insurance at Sun Life, and led the company’s stop-loss business. He also served as Vice President of Sun Life’s Employee Benefits Group.

Scott’s work was instrumental in the process of establishing the first Sun Life Center for Healthy Work, an important component of Sun Life’s disability claims management operations, including vocational rehabilitation and return-to-work services.

Scott also manages Sun Life’s partnership with the Portland-based Roux Institute, part of Northeastern University. Through Roux, Sun Life trains current and emerging talent in data sciences and analytics, to enhance Sun Life’s actuarial and other areas of insurance expertise.

An avid lover of the outdoors no matter the season, Scott enjoys summers fishing in Casco Bay and skiing Sugarloaf in the winter. He sits on the boards of the University of Southern Maine (USM) School of Business and Maine & Co, which helps businesses get established in the state. He was a founding board member of the Council on Disability Awareness, a national non-profit based in Maine that raises awareness and offers research and expertise on the impacts of disability and leaving the workplace. 

Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and economics from USM, and an MBA from USM School of Business.
