Bringing solar-powered lights to remote Indian villages, donating to 845 charities (we matched our employees’ donations!), or creating an app to ensure fast, paperless claims – Sun Life has been instrumental in helping its employees become assets to the environment and society.
We have integrated sustainability into our business model and developed an enterprise-wide sustainability strategy approved by the Governance, Nomination and Investment Committee of the Board of Directors. Our International Sustainability Council comprises senior leaders from key functions and geographic regions and is instrumental in implementing this strategy across the company.
