Rates items that a worker has some level of personal control over:
- level of personal debt
- current annual income
- amount of money invested (example: 401k, IRA, stocks)
- personal income growth
- current rate of return on investments
Health Sub Index
Rates items that a worker has a high level of personal control over:
- level of happiness with life
- level of personal health
- diet and nutrition
- level of fitness
Government Benefits Sub Index
Rates items that are controlled by the government:
- Social Security
- Medicare from the government
- prescription drug benefits from the government
Employee Benefits Sub Index
Rates items that are controlled by the employer:
- pension/defined benefit plan (not a 401k) from an employer
- medical benefits from an employer
