The Annual Meeting of common shareholders of Sun Life Financial Inc. and the Annual Meeting of the voting policyholders and the sole shareholder of Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada were held in Toronto at the Sun Life Financial Tower, 150 King Street West (at University Avenue), 2^nd Floor, on Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. ET.
