In Pursuit of Excellence and Growth

As you grow, so do we. We believe in our employees potential. We also believe in doing our best to nurture them so that they can reach their full potential.

That is why we designed and launched the Advancing High Performance program to enhance the fundamental leadership abilities of our director-level executives. The program proved to be an amazing success, with Sun Life receiving the 2016 Association for Talent Development (ATD) Excellence in Practice Award for Organizational Learning & Development. We also received an honorable mention in the Career Development category. The ATD awards are respected industry wide and are given to programs that meet a demonstrated need, showcase best-in-class design principles, align with other talent strategies in an organization, and deliver sustained, clear and measurable results.
