What is the record date and amount of the current common share quarterly dividend?
On August 4, 2010, the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of CAD $0.36 per common share. This dividend is payable on September 30, 2010 to shareholders of record on August 25, 2010.

What are dividends and how are they determined?
Shareholder dividends represent a portion of a company's earnings or profits that are distributed to shareholders. Dividends are paid on a per share basis.
The Board of Directors considers various factors in determining if it is appropriate to declare a dividend, including the company's earnings, financial condition and capital requirements.
When are dividends paid?
Subject to approval of the Board of Directors, quarterly dividends on our common shares are paid at the end of March, June, September and December.
Can I receive my dividend payment electronically?
For residents of Canada and the U.S., it is possible to receive your dividend payment via electronic deposit. An electronic dividend payment form is available from CIBC Mellon.
