Customer service
If helping people is your passion, our call centre roles are as diverse as our callers’ needs. We are always looking to train friendly, passionate people to answer simple customer calls, along with industry certified professionals to tackle more complex issues. Information technology
Want to be part of something big? Our IT teams provide the innovative solutions and ideas that keep our company on the cutting edge. Our underwriting group fills a vital and complex role in evaluating and classifying various kinds of medical and business risk. As part of our underwriting team, you’ll analyze complex cases, actively participate in customer meetings and negotiations, and work with our management and training teams to help develop underwriting tools, systems and strategies.
